ホテル リベルタ - パレルモ

朝ごはんが充実してて良かったのですが、コーヒーが保温ポットで予め作り置きされていたのが残念でした。でも。コストパフォーマンスは十分だと思います。

ビデの水圧が強くて蛇口を少し捻るだけで吃驚するくらいの水が出てきました。どうしてもバスルームが水濡れしてしまったのが使い辛かった点です。

チェックアウトの日、荷物を預かってもらったが、心良く引き受けてくれ、受け取りもスムーズでした。宿泊客以外が入れないようにホテル入り口の鍵も渡してもらえたので、安心でした。

ネットで見ていた部屋の写真とちょっと違う気がしました。

Great view, good breakfast, nice and friendly staff, however not everyone was english speaking, but this is not a problem if you know a couple of italan words. The location is very convenient, close to politeama theater, where all busses stop. I think it has the best quality for its money (quite cheap). They changed our small room to a bigger one when it was available.

There are different rooms in the hotel, you can get a small one and if you are not alone, this can be a problem. You should mention that you want bigger room (grande camera) while booking.

The view from the terrace outside the dining room is pretty spectacular day and night. The room was very clean and comfortable, the guy on reception spoke enough English so we could understand each other as I do not speak any Italian

Excellent panoramic view from the terrace and rooms on 11th floor of the building! You can hardly find another place with such 360 degrees view of Palermo! Very, very pleasant!

the views from the breakfast balcony were excellent and the breakfast itself was good

a liitle difficult to find as it was not well signposted in the streets of palermo, and it was in an entrance for about 7 separate high level hotels

The Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful even ironing a shirt for us. The breakfast was very good and the beds were very comfortable.

Aside from the very agreeable staff and room, the location is absolute highlight. Further don the street towards the harbour, you will find some nice down to earth restaurants and a car rental service. Basically next door is a hip sushi place, very highly recommended for the free snacks to drinks between 19:00 and 21:00.

The really only downside was the noise the elevator made.

Staff didn’t speak English  . Shower extreemly small. I had 5 cm on each side to move

The dining room was lovely with excellent views of the city and the sea so a nice start to the day for breakfast. It was good to have a lift to transport us and the bags. The rooms were clean and functional and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the usual continental style that remained the same everyday. You could help yourself to as much as you liked both for food and drinks. It was in a good spot for places of interest and shops.

No tea making facilities which as so nice when you have been out shopping or site seeing or first thing in the morning. The noise from the lift was very loud in my room but seemed to stop around midnight. The rooms were cold at night with no heating to adjust. I borrowed a blanket from my friends room which did the job. It would have been difficult to find had I been driving - almost impossible I think. I have to say that driving in both Palermo and Catania was the most terrrifying thing I have ever done. There are no laws of give way and everyone's car is bashed - no wonder!

Good value for money for a real hotel. Friendly atmosphere. Clean. Great view over the city.

Excellent location to visit Palermo. Friendly staff. Maps of Palermo available in the hotel. 4 free parking spots available, so if you're lucky you can use them.

Very noisy rooms (e.g. doors are poorly isolated, so you can hear everything from the hallway and elevator) Poor breakfast: Everyday the same limited choice. The cheese they serve is no nice italian cheese, but factory made german...

I had a very nice stay at this hotel, the location is amazing and the view from the terrace breathtaking! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again when visiting Palermo.

Nice staff, one of them fairly decent in English. Good breakfast: some sweet things as is customary in Italy, but also bread, cheese and salami. Rooms were always clean, the staff seemed to have a sixth sense because they always cleaned while we were out, without once trying while we were in. Our room was a little noisy since it was adjacent to some kind of elevator engine room, but as a plus we could climb out the window onto the roof of the dining room which gave us a private balcony of appox. 20m2.

There was some noise from the elevator engines in our room (room 6) but I should note that we were warned about this by the staff and we chose the room over another more silent and larger room which we were also offered (because of the "balcony")
